It's been a while

A long time since I posted anything to the blog. After being in Athens, Ohio for the past two months my life has done a total 180, it's beautiful up here but cold. The quarter is almost done and can't wait to see family to breathe in the DC and NC air again. Hopefully get to travel to the country formerly know as Al-Andalus as well.

More Stuff. Stay Tuned!

Blazing

I covered two fires in one month and my editors are starting to find it strange or coincidence capturing actual fires with flames. Just unfortunate luck for those parties affected that's all. Thankfully nobody was hurt in these fires, it could have been a lot worst.

Hope VI Project

Lela Shelley has lived in Campbell Terrace a public housing authority community since 1953 with her late husband Winford, who died from a heart attack in 1971 and raising two children. The Housing Authority will provide alternative housing for most residents until the Hope VI project is completed. For more about the story go here.

Tornado Aftermath

My good friend Jessey told me update my blog so here is a frame from last month's storm wrecking the Fayetteville area with rain and a tornado causing much damage in its path.
